Game progress stays on your device

Completed levels, stars, coin balances, hints, daily-challenge results and streaks, puzzle resume data, best times, themes, and sound and haptic preferences are stored locally. The app does not require an account and does not send your saved puzzle progress to a game server. Android's device backup and restore features may retain app data according to your device and Google account settings.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Google and participating advertising partners may process device and app information, advertising identifiers when available, IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, and protect advertising services. Arrow Puzzle does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.

Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ad requests. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices. Depending on your consent and location, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Choosing not to view an optional rewarded ad does not prevent you from continuing to play.

Permissions and device features

Internet access supports advertising and opening external links. Vibration provides optional haptic feedback. Sharing runs only when you choose it. The app's local game data does not include passwords or payment details.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve the request. This static website has no analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or sign-in forms. Its hosting provider may process basic connection information and security logs to deliver the pages.

Deletion and retention

Use Reset Game Progress in the app to clear saved progress and settings. Android's Clear storage option removes local app data. Uninstalling removes local app data, subject to any system backups you control. Advertising providers apply their own retention policies; use the privacy links above or contact us for help with an access, deletion, or objection request.

Children and families

Parents and guardians should review advertising choices and device privacy controls when a child uses an ad-supported app. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us so we can investigate and address the request.
